Just wanted to take a min a give a big shout out to Tony our resident Maint man for an outstanding job he did last night fixing the water heater that needed a hose but especial for his arrival time after the phone call he received at 10:28 pm he showed up in 20 min. Also wish to add that Tony is very professional and courteous and I believe an asset to concord apts.

On 2 separate occasions I needed to contact Kathy about a repair issue. She was very quick to put in the work order and Tony was there the next day to fix the problems, the first was that my screen door had shifted and was letting cold air in (a lot of it.) Tony fixed the issue very quickly and the draft is 100% better. The second issue was the screen door would not shut properly and Tony had that problem fixed very quickly also. I am very happy with both management and maintenance.

Just moved in the 1st of the year and has been an easy and convent transition. The Office manager and maintenance man have been more than willing to help and accommodate within reason. Neighbors are friendly and the complex feels safe and pet friendly. Very affordable and conveniently located. Looking forward to more

Concord square apartments are great apartments. I have been living here for a year now. The maintenance is great and accessible. Mrs. Kathy is very nice and easily available for any questions. No issues with parking. The area is safe to live with access to shopping malls, grocery stores.

Thank you so much for the wonderful railing between buildings 7 & 2. They are terrific. A great height and it makes it so much easier to climb the stairs. Tom and his crew are doing a great job. Thanks again.

Kathy puts out the best news letters every month, she keeps us informed about what's going on that month and also addresses any issues that may affect our residents and our community. Love living here.
